These terms govern your use of BlissLyng — the platform, dashboard, storefronts, bio pages, link shortener, email tools and APIs (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to sell on BlissLyng.
You keep full ownership of everything you upload and sell. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it to your visitors. You are responsible for having the rights to what you sell and for the accuracy of your listings, prices and delivery promises.
Payments are processed by third-party gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe and others) under their own terms. Platform fees and subscription prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Payouts go to the bank or wallet details you provide — double-check them; we cannot recover funds sent to details you entered incorrectly.
Buyers create a free account to complete purchases. Sellers are the merchants of record for their own products; BlissLyng provides the platform and is not a party to the sale between a seller and a buyer.
You may not use the Service for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list. We may suspend stores or accounts that put buyers or the platform at risk.
Paid plans renew for the period you selected. When auto-renew is enabled we charge your saved card; you can cancel any time and keep access until the period ends. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical. On closure you can export your data for 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
