How to request a refund from Blisslyng

Overview


BlissLyng offers both free and paid plans. This Refund Policy applies to all paid transactions processed through Paystack, PayPal, and NowPayments (cryptocurrency).


We want every customer to be satisfied. At the same time, because BlissLyng delivers digital access instantly upon payment, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the terms below.


Subscription Plans (Starter, Pro, Agency)


Monthly Plans

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first payment on a new subscription. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.


Renewals (subsequent monthly charges) are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard before your next billing date to avoid future charges.


Yearly Plans

Yearly plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal.


Device Unlock (₦7,000 — 30-Day Token)


Device Unlock purchases are non-refundable once the token has been activated on a device. If your token was not delivered or failed to activate, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly — either by reissuing the token or processing a full refund.


Cryptocurrency Payments


All crypto payments processed via NowPayments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain, due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. If you experience a payment issue (e.g. underpayment, failed order), contact us and we will work to resolve it manually.


Exceptions — When We Always Refund


Regardless of the above, we will issue a full refund if:


- You were charged more than once for the same plan due to a billing error

- Your payment was processed but your plan was never activated

- A technical fault on our end prevented you from accessing paid features

Email us at billing@blisslyng.com with:

- Your registered email address or order reference

- The payment method used

- A brief description of the issue


We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.


Changes to This Policy


We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.


BlissLyng is a product of BlissNova Technologies, a CAC-registered Nigerian digital company. Payments are processed by Paystack (CBN regulated), PayPal, and NowPayments.
